Return Policy

Non-inventoried products that have been produced on demand are not eligible for return.

Products that have been customized or co-branded are not eligible for return unless the artwork was not decorated to the specifications provided on the approved graphic approval document.

If you do receive a product that is faulty, please email us immediately GPTW@f4c.store.  Please include in the email a brief description of the fault.

If the item you received is not what you ordered, we will collect the product free of charge.  The product must be unopened, with any seal intact and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition.

We need to be advised of the item(s) that are incorrect no later than 5 working days from date of delivery.

F4C will process a refund when the returned goods have been received in our warehouse.

If you paid by credit card your card will be refunded and you will be emailed a ‘credit note’ which is simply a reference of the transaction. Please be aware that the refund may take up to 3 working days to show on your statement depending on your card provider.
